ASB needed an app worthy of their reputation as a tech leader. This translated to investment in both native device functionality (contactless payments), and integrations with the wider app ecosystem (payments to Facebook friends and Trademe sellers).
Seamless journeys were finely balanced against security concerns as we broke new ground in authentication and payments while remaining within the bounds of legacy financial systems, both local and global.
